Double Feature

Yes, my girlfriends and I, along with bizillion other women crowded the theaters to watch Sex and the City last night. The whole experience was fun. All the women leaving their husbands and kids behind to celebrate the lives of 4 very intriguing women that we've followed through the years and talk about as if they are our best friends. The theater was packed even though we arrived 30 minutes early and seemed to snag that last 3 seats together besides sitting in the front row. Alamo had complimentary martinis for all the women. What an awesome theater. It's really the only theater Lawrence and I will go to unless we are meeting up with other people.
Movie was all to be expected and we had a fabulous time.
We've had a busy day today with Lawrence going to Ignite training for 7 hours and me being with the kids. Nate is NOT a good shopper, let me tell you. He thinks a stack of clothes on the shelves are stacking blocks for him to knock down at his disposal. I'm so glad I've got my other little shopping accomplice, because I really do enjoy taking her shopping with me. She gives me feedback, helps me pick out things she thinks I'd like...just overall a natural born shopper like her mommy.
Since we've both had a hectic day, we are going to see Iron Man tonight to help us unwind. He's been wanting to watch it for awhile, so might as well watch it before it leaves the big screen. And of course I don't mind hitting up Alamo Drafthouse 2 nights in a row.
