So, I bit the bullet and did it. When I told Liana I was going to cut it 2 months ago, she said I shouldn't, because old people have short hair. Well, you know what...I ain't no spring chicken anymore. My short hair feels liberating. I don't have all this heaviness weighing me down. Besides, I was able to donate my hair to Beautiful Lengths, so at least its going to good use.
