So I finally got 98% on the drums on expert for the garbage song paranoid. I think the main difference in my play was getting an elevated chair. Which was not playing on the couch and on a folding chair. The double kick drum parts got so much easier. So I can finish any song so far on medium and the easier songs on hard still give me fits. Jess has moved to medium guitar on more than 1/2 of the songs we have now.
We took tAlly to sugar land mall and as jess was trying on some tennis shoes we were in the apple store. Ally runs straight for the kid computers and starts to play some games. She can actually use a mouse! I didn't know she could do that and it totally threw me off guard. Sure, she won't be using the mouse to snipe anyone anytime soon but being able to use her hand eye coordination to interact with the computer was awesome. She amazes me what she can do and I just miss out a lot since jess gets to see them grow when I'm at work.
Like the other night jess goes out and Franklin comes by to rock out on rockband. She needed to come out and take a leak as it was 8pm. she heard someone downstairs and I said it was franklin and we were watching tv but she heard some drums hitting and she corrected me saying it was "that's rockband daddy". 10mins later she's crying knocking on the door and she tells me she wants to say good night to franklin. What the! Girl cracks me up.
Oh, she stole my blanket too. She likes the winter blanket jess's parent got us. so now it's in her room.

I actually brought her to the computers at the apple store and told her to use the mouse. I just pointed where she needs to click. She is such a smart learner!
