On to the movie...
We all really enjoyed it. Now if I happen to blow off my ceiling and see an entire colony, I believe I'd have to move. It makes me squirm to see how quickly one of these furry rodents can scurry from the sewer into your kitchen. Knowing how I feel about these vermin, it is a feat to make me feel sympathetic towards them, which I did. Ally sat through a 2 hour movie. I was impressed. Granted, she sat by herself for half the movie, then on my lap, then on Lawrence's lap, and finally ended up on Aunt Liana's lap, but at least she stayed seated the whole time. I felt bad for her cause she sat on the front half of her seat only. When she sat back to support her back, she folded up like a clam. I finally put my bag behind her so she'd have some support. She didn't quite get the concept of "whisper" in a theater, because she would say "I gotta whisper, Mommy" in a not-so-whisperish voice.
She did have a meltdown when we got home. At least we were home and not in the theater. It probably was a combination of the sugar overload with the icee, popcorn, and raisinets; being tired; and her teething that did her in.

But she sat through it!!!
You know...as well as Dylan and Ally play together, we should take advantage of the situation...over Thanksgiving. I think we can come up with a very good game plan.
It was great visiting. Thanks for the hospitality.
Hope to do it again soon.
Dude...
The rat on steroids was HILARIOUS.. he was flexing his muscles at the end of the movie....
