other news
1) went to jessica's 10yr highschool reunion hastings class of 95. I saw a couple people I recognized but overall out of elisk-hasting 95, it was a decent turnoutm ~200. the football players I played with, some have gotten fat. but what do u expect? I weight about the same but i lost all my musle mass and have substituted it with fat. yeah baby!

the usual happened, cute girls got fat, fat girls got fatter, and skank girls are still skanks. didn't really have any "no freaking way, you really look better" kinda people there. Funny hearing stories from how people "came out" and how some people are shocked. I'm still waiting for others to come out.

2) watched the notebook. after i got past the courtship, i really liked this movie. yeah kinda wierd. I guess I can relate to the guy. No, i don't relate to him cause he went crazy. But in today's society you very rarely see people love each other with a passion. i'm not saying I would write letters like that dude, but it just touched me. These days people love their kids more than their spouse as u can tell from the divorce rate. Even with the couples problems in the movie, u don't think divorce would be an issue. the guys line "we fight, that's what we do. It will be hard but we will make it work" thats the way I feel as jessica is freaking crazy sometimes. but i shall march on and make it work.

movies like this and 13 going on 30 and even the wedding singer, make me think to how it would all be different without jess. if we didn't meet in middle school or didn't stick through it in highschool. How I can see ourselves 40yrs from now. and after our kids are grown, i hope to have the same feelings for jess and we can just retire and sit and relax. cause in the movie, the girl told her parents "u don't know about love, u don't laugh, hold hands." I hope to not be like that in my 50s.

Best part of the movie. The break up and the girl slaps the dude like 5 times in the face. and she's like " I hate you, I hate you........ we are through" 10 seconds later "this is just a fight right, we are still together right". man i was like. "she's freaking a nut like jess". and now you girls don't see how guys get mixed messages? freaking A!

3.5/4 stars (the .5 star was because i got a little teary towards the end so i would normally give a movie like this a 3/4)
